Travel to Sri Lanka through Connect Adventures – this is your perfect opportunity to cycle with a group of like-minded people, while raising funds to help Daw House Hospice Foundation continue its vital work helping people with life-limiting illness and their families. Are you up for the challenge?

This 12 day bike trek through Sri Lanka will show you a stunningly beautiful island nation ringed by picturesque beaches, with lush landscapes, ancient monuments and fascinating cultural centres at its core. To become a part of this truly inspirational experience involves two simple steps:

  1. Register with Connect Adventures for the Sri Lanka Challenge. As soon as you register, your dedicated fundraising team will work with you to create a comprehensive fundraising plan.
  2. You start to fundraise the minimum target amount of $3000. You’ll be surprised by how easy this is to do – many of our adventurers go over and above this target! A team representative will contact you regularly with ideas, advice, encouragement and plenty of inspiration.

2014 Cambodia Bike Trek

Connect Adventures organised 13 people to raise an AMAZING $68,000 for the Foundation to support end of life care before testing their strength and resilience on a 10 day cycling tour through Cambodia!

Some challenging conditions and interesting accommodation didn’t wipe the smile off these faces. This spectacular journey gave the cyclists the opportunity to get off the traditional tourist track and immerse themselves with the friendly and welcoming Cambodian people. Highlights of their trip included the temples of Angkor Wat, Tonte Sap and 1000 Lingas.

Thank you to each and every person who worked so hard to help families dealing with a life-limiting illness.
